PT Metaline Technology Indonesia is strategically located in Batam, Indonesia, a Free Trade Zone (with No Custom Duties and VAT Tax) just one hour by ferry from Singapore. Over 30 years of industrialization with strong support of the local government, and many multinational factories manufacturing in the island since 1991.
With a well developed infrastructure, low cost trained and skilled work force, plus the close proximity to Singapore logistical and financial hubs, Batam offers a multitudes of cost competitive advantages for our customers, and a tariff free springboard to US and EU markets.
Our manufacturing operations in this location was started in the Q4 of 2019. The facility is over 4000 square meters with process of injection molding, mechanical & electrical assembly, box build assembly, and packaging. Our current 12 molding machines are sized from 120T to 500T, with plan to increase the overall capacity to 20 injection machines in 2021-2022.
